In the heart of Balanga City, a new symbol of progress just rolled in — bold, electric, and
bursting with promise.
Xpress officially opened its Bataan Office last July 29, 2025 (Tuesday), marking a powerful leap toward regional transformation. Located at the GIA Commercial Building, Doña Maria Subd., Barangay Tenejero, this launch wasn’t just an ordinary ceremony, it was about igniting a movement. The blessing of the new office was led by Bro. Carlos from the Parish of St. Joseph (Cathedral Shrine), setting the tone for a future grounded in purpose and service. Leading the ribbon-cutting were key government leaders whose presence spoke volumes: Vice Governor Cris Garcia, Board Members Popoy del Rosario and Vic Baluyot, Provincial Cooperative and Enterprise Development Officer Ms. Ludivina Banzon, and LTFRB Region 3 Regional Director P/Gen. Richard Albano (Ret.). Their attendance emphasized strong alignment between Xpress and the local government’s
shared vision: to build a transport future that is efficient, eco-conscious, and community centered.
At the helm of the launch were Ms. Alyssa Duldulao, Xpress Chief of Staff, and Mr. Robert Belda, Head of Expansions — two dynamic leaders whose drive and direction are fueling Xpress’ growing national footprint. Though unable to attend the ribbon-cutting ceremonies, Geoff Loyola, Chief of Staff of Congressman Abet Garcia, met separately with the Xpress team to discuss future collaborations such as a shuttle service partnership with the LGU. He also proudly acknowledged a major win for the province. What made the event even more electrifying was the introduction of 10 BYD Electric Vehicles, part of a motorcade that toured Balanga City, Pilar, and Abucay, the initial service areas. These sleek, zero-emission units are more than just eye candy on the road, they’re a bold commitment to sustainability, accessibility, and innovation. As one of the first ride-hailing companies in the Philippines to integrate EVs into its fleet, Xpress is leading the charge toward a smarter and cleaner tomorrow.

Xpress Bataan is more than a milestone, it’s a message. A message that progress doesn’t have to wait for the big cities. That innovation can thrive in every street, every barangay, every community that dares to dream differently. As the quiet hum of electric wheels begins to echo through the streets of Balanga, what you see isn’t just modern transport, it’s the sound of the future unfolding.

A future that’s eco-friendly, inclusive, and driven by purpose. With Xpress, every ride is more than a trip, it’s a chance to move forward. Together. If you’re interested and know anyone who might be interested in joining our growing EV fleet, scan the QR code below for faster registration.
