Shanghai, April 23th 2025. Just three days after launching the exclusive 009 Grand Collector’s Edition—a bespoke fusion of Chinese artistry and cutting-edge technology—Zeekr has taken the spotlight again with the global debut of its flagship luxury SUV, the 9X, at the Shanghai Auto Show. This groundbreaking model sets new benchmarks in design, performance, and electrification, marking a bold leap forward for the brand.
As the first hybrid model under the Zeekr brand, this powertrain system of Zeekr 9X aims to merge the respective advantages of pure electric (BEV) and plug-in hybrid (PHEV), promising disruptive innovation in performance, efficiency, and overall driving experience. It features CATL’s Xiaoyao battery, delivering an all-electric range exceeding 380 km—the longest among hybrid SUVs globally. With a blistering 0-100 km/h acceleration in just 3 seconds, the 9X redefines high-performance electrified driving. Its 2.0T hybrid engine leads the segment with 205 kW output, while industry-first dual-chamber air suspension and active stabilizer bars ensure unparalleled comfort and agility.
The 9X’s design brilliance is highlighted by 42,242 laser-engraved, diamond-cut lamp facets, creating a captivating “starry sky” effect. Inside, the SUV debuts Zeekr’s latest G-Pilot H9 autonomous driving system, powered by dual Thor chips, 5 LiDAR sensors, and a staggering 1,400 TOPS computing power, enabling the advanced L3-level driving capabilities.
The Zeekr 9X is set for a global launch in Q3 2025, accompanied by the operation of V4 Ultra-Fast charging pile, capable of 1.3 MW peak charging speed.
