MANILA, PHILIPPINES (October 26, 2026) — ACMobility, the Ayala Group’s end-to-end electric mobility provider, has won the E-Mobility Infrastructure Excellence Award at the recent Philippine Energy Awards for its role in building the country’s electric mobility infrastructure.
The recognition sets ACMobility apart among the country’s charge point operators, reflecting the scale and pace of its electric vehicle (EV) charging rollout nationwide.
Carla Buencamino, Head of Mobility Infrastructure at ACMobility, received the award during the Gala Dinner and Awarding Ceremony on October 7 at Museo del Galeon in Manila.
The plaque, signed by Energy Secretary Sharon Garin, said the award recognizes ACMobility’s “outstanding contribution to the Philippine energy sector and its national goals,” and reflects the company’s “unwavering commitment to innovation, excellence, and collaboration shaping the future of Philippine energy.”
Building the Philippine EV Spine
ACMobility’s charging network spans more than 240 locations and over 600 charge points nationwide, the largest in the country. As of the end of June 2026, the company accounted for more than 40 percent of the country’s EV charging infrastructure, according to DOE data.
Through this robust charging infrastructure and its end-to-end charging solutions, ACMobility continues to connect key cities and travel destinations with charging hubs equipped with both AC and DC fast chargers and serves all compatible EVs.
“This recognition belongs to the teams within ACMobility and our external partners who have been working hard to make EV charging accessible where Filipinos live, work, and travel. We are honored to be recognized by the Philippine Energy Awards, and we remain committed to building the infrastructure and network that will continuously power the country’s move towards electric mobility,” said Buencamino.
The Philippine Energy Awards honors individuals, organizations, and industry players whose achievements and innovations have significantly advanced and led the Philippine energy sector, while spotlighting initiatives that help build a more sustainable energy future.
